History of Vastu
People believe that origin of Vastu Sastra takes place a thousand years ago. In fact, it was an old version of modern architecture in ancient times. Hence, Vastu is the traditional science of architecture in Hindu society.
The Sanskrit word Vastu originated from the word Vaas that means habitat in classic world. In fact, it refers to a place of shelter where people live.
